


This page has been setup to address the most common questions or issues that occur at the store. These topics and bullet points are meant to help train and educate each staff member about the culture we wish to promote here at the stores. As always, if you have any questions about any of these items, please let us know.

Closers

Please make sure all equipment is turned off, all lights are off and all food has been properly stored away.

Please double check cooler doors and exit doors to make sure they are secured and locked, where applicable.

Please count down your drawer and drop the bank bag, including end of day tally sheet in the drop slot at the end of each day.
Openers

When you unlock the door, put the key back into the box immediately. You WILL lock yourself out of the building if you don't get into the habit of putting the key back right away.

Don't forget open signs....
Other

Please no friends or family "hanging out" in kitchen/restaurant.

Plese don't take breaks during peak times.

You can take 15 minutes breaks every 2 hours of work, if needed.

Staff get a discount of food, but all orders must be rung up by another employee.

Aprons, gloves, hairnets, etc must be worn at all times and should be removed when using the restroom or not in the kitchen.

All staff must wash their hands after every restroom use.

Cell phones should not be used while at work. If you need to take emergency calls you may. Please don't use in front of customers.

If business is slow you may get cut.
